Pnc Mobile Notary provides services for the entire Philadelphia Counties, which includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery County.

We also offer domestic and international e-notary services. An eNotary is a Notary Public who notarizes documents electronically. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is particularly innovative in the area of e-notarization, as we are currently one of the State that allows e-Notarizations via Zoom or similar techniques involving live audio-visual programs such as Blue Notary.
As a result, you can be anywhere in the world at the time of your appearance before the Notary via Zoom. One of the methods employed by e-Notaries is the use of a digital seal to notarize digital and digitized documents. Some states allow for unique identifying numbers to be utilized, which are known only by the notary in question and the Secretary of the Commonwealth to affix their respective seal, thus maintaining the integrity of the process.
The potential uses of electronic notarization continue to grow. For example, if one needs a notarized document to be presented within minutes (sometimes needed on architectural drawings, bills, or bids), an individual can present themselves before the notary, who can then after following all prescribed practices for his/her state, electronically sign the document and transmit the document electronically immediately.
This can be useful in an ever changing world environment, where bids/specifications can change within minutes, and those individuals who can employ this technology maintain a competitive advantage. Another used term for electronic notarization is eNotarization. Currently eNotarizations are being conducted in Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin.
