The PNC Advice Hotline™ responds to each and every request, but we are PROHIBITED from offering a few types of replies:
ANY type of question that requires medical, tax, legal or investment opinion or advice of any nature is against our non-profit charter and by-laws and cannot be answered,
Our Counselors are primarily based in the United States; we will not be able to answer letters that require a comprehensive understanding of cultural norms, career or educational structures outside of the US, Questions submitted with insufficient information or detail to allow a proper reply cannot be answered.
Obscure questions that require specialized knowledge not likely held by the general American population cannot be answered.
Requests to assist with homework, projects, business plans or similar tasks cannot be answered.
Requests submitted for prohibited topics will receive NO reply. Use of this service implies agreement to hold PNC and members harmless in all matters related to advice usage. If warranted consult a professional in addition to your request.

Privacy Policy
 

All submissions become the property of the PNC World Order. Your e-mail address will
never be shared with anyone outside the PNC & Partners. All users have the option
at submission to make their letters and accompanying replies private; private letters
will never be viewable by the public in any form. If you choose to make your letter
public, it will be searchable in our public archives and may appear as a featured letter
on our site or in our weekly syndicated column.
 

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a response from my favorite Counselor?

You may request a specific Counselor or Elder Group by entering their pen-name in the advice request form.


When will I get a response?

Once your request is received, it will be answered as soon as possible - generally within a few days - but response times can vary depending on volume.


Why haven't I gotten a response yet?

The PNC replies to EVERY valid request, but response times can vary depending on the volume of requests. We appreciate your patience. You may also wish to check your Spam/Junk folder in case our notification landed there by mistake. If you submitted a question for a prohibited topic (see above) you will not receive a reply.


Note that requesting a specific Counselor or Elder Group may delay the response;
however, if your preferred Elder is not available for several days, an alternate Elder
will be asked to reply.

I need A LOT of advice!...How may questions can I ask?

You may ask as many questions as you like! However, to ensure a timely response for all of our advice seekers, we ask that you submit one question at a time; please wait for a reply from your first question before submitting another. Please also note that the PNC is not a forum for ongoing chat or communication regarding any one question or topic.
